You also charged me $15 shipping for a $10 pair of socks that were an add-on gift after cancelling the actual main items, just to add insult to injury if my wife getting her holiday presents cancelled wasn't already enough. Your business plan is clearly "understock, oversell, cancel for some" and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I have dozens of online businesses for specialty items I regularly shop from and not a single one has ever done anything like this. Human error should not cause three separate orders to be cancelled for the same customer across just a couple years. It is on TEDDY FRESH to make sure they have enough stock to not continually lie to customers, as they have clearly done three times to me alone, not to mention countless other customers if this is how often it happens. They've made no actual attempt to offer replacement items at a fair or discounted price, any kind of actual worthy compensation for their own error, and because they have limited-run items, I will now NEVER get the products I ordered and paid for. This response from Teddy Fresh is copy-paste garbage and worthless to me. While I was a fan of the company for a long time, these sort of business practices are abhorrent especially when people like me are buying specific, expensive clothing as presents for the holidays. This is both insulting and ridiculous as a customer, especially when some of their clothing is often close to $100 a piece. I previously paid for a sweatshirt that was canceled the exact same day and a purple terrycloth outfit that was canceled days after my purchase as well.At this point I am convinced that the company intentionally oversells their clothing knowing they do not have anywhere near enough to meet demand and then simply sends refund notices en mass to everyone who purchased but could not get an item. I paid for a product, either do not accept my payment for said product if you don't have enough in stock, or figure out a way to actually accurately sell clothing so you are not blatantly lying to customers.Further, this is the third time that this store has done this to me during purchases of their products. They sent a $10 coupon as though that is remotely equivalent to the well over $100 in sale discounts I lost out on thanks to their negligence. On, nearly two weeks later and well over 10+ days after my products should have shipped, I received an email from the sellers that they had oversold, could not find either of the products for me, were not making any more, and had refunded my purchase.
